By accepting these terms, you agree that Carole Demarest Coaching, LLC and its owners, members, employees, contractors, other clients, affiliates, and partners assume no legal liability for any damages, losses, or other consequences of any client decisions, subsequent to, or based on anything taught within our programs.
By accepting these terms, you agree not to hold Carole Demarest Coaching, LLC nor any of it's owners, members, employees, contractors, clients, affiliates, and partners liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from the coaching, healing, career or business processes. This includes the coaching and healing both received and facilitated by you.
Carole Demarest Coaching, LLC is not liable for you as a coaching and healing facilitator, nor the decisions you make within your life. You assume all responsibility to use your discernment and leverage the appropriate medical, financial, and legal experts when making decisions for your personal life and business.
Program
This program includes live calls for support and instruction. All calls are recorded and replays are provided via email if you miss a live session. It is your responsibility to maintain the emails with the links to the recordings.
If you do not feel comfortable being recorded, you should use your discernment when deciding if you will join the live call.
Tuition
The tuition for this this program is a one-time payment or three monthly payments. There aren't any hidden fees. You may choose to add-on other programs or services, but that is optional and not mandated.
7-Day Refund Policy: Carole Demarest Coaching abides by a 7-day refund policy. By accepting the terms of this Agreement, you agree and understand that you are foregoing the right to claim any refund of fees paid for access and use of the Program(s) offered by Carole Demarest Coaching, LLC, past 7 days of your program purchase. You further acknowledge that in accepting the terms of this Agreement and affirmatively seeking the benefits of and membership in such Program(s), you are taking full responsibility for your own success. Thus, you agree that you will not request a refund after 7 days from your initial program purchase.

BY PURCHASING THIS PRODUCT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE TO ALL OF THE AFOREMENTIONED TERMS, INCLUDING THOSE RELATED TO PROGRAM FEES, STRICT NO REFUND POLICY, AND CONFIDENTIALITY.
